Plant shipping season is on or near April 10th for most species thru Sept. 30th. All orders placed on Mondays and Tuesday will be shipped on those days. Orders received Wednesday thru Fridays will be shipped the following Monday unless a previous delivery date has been stated on the order form. Plants are guaranteed to be true to species and shipped in prime condition with a cultural label. If your order is delayed or damaged in transit, claims must be made immediately to the carrier. In all cases our liability shall be limited to the amount of the purchase price. No other guarantee is expressed or implied. We ship plants ONLY in the 48 contiguous states.
